Ashtanga Yoga is For Everybody

This was cursive with the intention of explaining why the whole line of Ashtanga Yoga is reachable to all recent practitioners. The fundamentals of breath, bandhas (energy locks within the body), drishti (the focal saucer of the gaze), and vinyasa (sequential movement) are the base foundations of the tralatitious grouping as taught by the New Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois.
