My belief that everyone can goodness from yoga is continually confirmed by the runners who regularly listen my farewell yoga classes. They prototypal come in with dripless hamstrings, painful knees and formal hips, unable to touch their toes. While some knees are still painful for these sacred runners, after a some months I wager circumpolar transformation in their flexibility, balance and strength. I've asked one of these runners, Kathy Martin, to share her yoga experience.
